Melamine screening method developed for FTIR instruments
Delta Instruments has developed a screening method to detect melamine in raw milk. Successfull field tests have been carried out to check on possible adultered raw milk. This screening method is using our NPN-CU (Non Protein Nitrogen-Calculated Urea) approach and therefore baptized NPN-Calculated Melamine (NPN-CM).
If you wish to receive the full report, please do not hesitate to contact sales@deltainstruments.com, we will gladly help you.
All our CombiScope - Model FTIR 400 will be capable of measuring added melamine with this new screening method as of today.
